FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
Location: Silverback Gym – Conroe, TX

Silverback Gym is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service and helping maintain a clean, organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional attitude

• Check members in and assist with general front desk operations

• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members

• Explain membership options and enroll new members

• Process membership agreements, payments, and account updates

• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries

• Assist members with billing questions, account changes, and general support

• Promote gym programs, personal training, and special events

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Perform routine cleaning throughout the gym, including fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, mirrors, windows, and common areas.

• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed

• Help ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming throughout each shift

• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management

• Perform other duties as assigned
   

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn gym management software

• Dependable with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable performing light to moderate cleaning duties

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 45 pounds during a shift

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry experience is preferred but not required
