Where are we?
We are located just East of I-45 on League Line Rd. Easy exits off the Interstate from North and South bound. Traffic is almost always smooth on this stretch of 45 making getting to the gym and timing your pre-workout a breeze. If you live off League Line it's even a decent jog, walk or bike since we have a sidewalk from Lake Conroe all the way to the gym.
